Kashish Golani, the founder of Ovviovita, told GB News that the benefits of scalp massages are wide-ranging.

“Daily scalp stimulation is a way to increase blood flow to your follicles and stimulate them to boost hair growth during the anagen phase.

“Stimulating the scalp every day for five to 10 minutes without oil and once a week with oil can really help rejuvenate the follicles and thicken hair.
