Marks & Spencer has unveiled a new premium Italian pasta range under its Collection brand, promising restaurant-quality fresh pasta that cooks in just three minutes.
The new range features six varieties of freshly made pasta, crafted in small batches using traditional ingredients including 00 flour and free-range eggs.
Starting from £2.70, the authentic Italian pasta collection aims to bring high-end dining to home kitchens, accompanied by matching Italian sauces and wine pairings.
The range has been developed in partnership with La Tua, described as the UK’s most-awarded experts in authentic fresh pasta.
Beef Shin & Chianti Tortelloni is in the range

The collection includes luxurious options such as Beef Shin & Chianti Tortelloni with parsley gremolata and Crab & Honduran Prawn Agnolotti in langoustine thermidor sauce.
Prices range from £2.70 for the Creste di Gallo pasta to £6.50 for the premium seafood-filled agnolotti, with most varieties priced at £5.25 per 250g pack.
Executive chef at M&S Food Russell Goad said: “When it comes to proper pasta, most Italians would agree that a dish is only as good as the quality and provenance of its ingredients. That’s why we’ve worked with La Tua, the UK’s most-awarded experts in authentic, freshly made pasta, to create this luxurious line-up of delicious dinner options in our top-tier Collection range.
“Each of these pastas cooks in just three minutes, meaning you can have a restaurant-quality dinner on the table before you can say ‘buon appetito’!”
The range features standout options like the Cacio e Pepe Ravioli, filled with five Italian cheeses and fresh black pepper, and Roasted Pumpkin & Brown Butter Ravioli with delica pumpkin and sage.
For spice enthusiasts, the Spicy Nduja, Pork & Fennel Ravioli offers a rich and warming filling.
M&S has also launched complementary Italian-made sauces, including Collection Pesto alla Genovese made with DOP basil and Parmigiano Reggiano, and a Calabrian Spicy Salsiccia Salami Ragù slow-cooked in Chianti.

To complete the Italian dining experience, M&S has introduced a range of matching Collection wines, including Chianti Classico Riserva Poggio Tosco and Gavi di Gavi.
The sauce collection features premium options such as Creamy Mushroom, Mascarpone & Black Truffle Sauce at £3.40, and Aubergine, Olive & Wild Caper Sauce.
Each pasta variety comes with specific wine pairing suggestions, from M&S Found Susumaniello Rosé to M&S Etna Rosso, allowing customers to create an authentic Italian meal at home.
