Marcus Jordan begged officers to help him get his $300,000 Lamborghini off a railroad track after speeding away from a traffic stop and crashing the luxury sports vehicle while drunk and carrying cocaine in his pocket.

The 34-year-old son of NBA legend Michael Jordan even name dropped his father – widely regarded as the greatest basketball player of all time – when an officer was forced to order him out of the car alongside a young woman in the passenger seat.

Extraordinary body worn footage from one of the officers who arrived on the scene shows the Italian sports car completely stuck on the tracks, teetering on the edge of a steep drop.

‘Let me pull over,’ Jordan says to the baffled cop.

‘You can’t. You’re buried,’ the officer responds, as the female passenger suggests that Jordan ‘at least move it to the right.’

Jordan was eventually arrested and charged with DUI and cocaine possession after confessing to officers he’d spent the night at several establishments – including Rachel’s Gentleman’s Club.

But before he was charged, Jordan pleaded with officers to help him get his car to safety when he learned it was directly in the path of an oncoming train scheduled to pass by in under 10 minutes.

The duo were warned to get out of the car due to the danger of the oncoming train, but they failed to realize the seriousness of the situation.

Repeatedly, the officer reminds the duo that the car will not move, having been caught on the tracks with the back wheels now halfway buried in the dirt and rocks from being spun repeatedly.

‘You want to get hit by a train?’ the cop asks.

With absolutely no urgency and after several more attempts by the officer to coax the pair out, they slowly get to their feet and step out of the car. But not before the woman makes one more plea: ‘Baby,’ she says, ‘try to the right.’

Once she’s out of the car and can survey the damage, she giggles and tells the officer: ‘There’s got to be a way to get the car out.’

Moments later, Jordan has another idea, looking around at the three officers who are on scene to inspect the situation after they were alerted that Jordan had, moments before the crash, fled a traffic stop.

‘There’s four of us guys,’ he says, counting himself and the officers, and not including his female passenger.

‘We can push this motherf**ker.’

The first responders disagrees, saying his priority is now the safety of all involved as he tries to alert Sunrail of the problem on the tracks before the scheduled train approaches.

‘The concern is it’s a $300,000 vehicle,’ Jordan countered.

‘I would like to push this s**t out of the way. We don’t need a tow truck. Can I get some manpower?’

But the officer said there was no way Jordan was getting behind the wheel again. He observed movement from Jordan and warned him to ‘keep your hands out of your pockets.’

‘There’s nothing in my pocket,’ Jordan assured him.

Later, after Jordan failed a sobriety test and became uncooperative, officers found a baggie which tested positive as cocaine in his front right pocket.

During the patdown, he invoked the name of his famous father.

‘I’m Marcus Jordan,’ he said. ‘I’m Michael Jordan’s son. I’m not doing anything wrong, I’m just trying to get home and I made a wrong turn.

‘Clearly we would just like to get our car off of the f**king train tracks.’

His female companion chimed in, giggling. ‘It’s true,’ she said. ‘I can confirm.’

Later, as Jordan got more desperate, he repeatedly asked why the officers couldn’t help to push the car off the tracks.

‘Fellas, fellas, I’m just trying to get my car off the train track. I didn’t realize this was a train track,’ he said.

‘The quicker we move this motherf**ker the better… I’m just saying if there’s six of us and we throw this thing in reverse… I’m fine behind the wheel.’

The 34-year-old was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday and booked into the Orange County jail, the arrest report seen by DailyMail.com states.

His bond was set at $4,000 and he was pictured leaving jail at around noon on Tuesday.

The Maitland police department said officers noticed Marcus’ headlights on a railroad. When they approached the luxury SUV, they noticed bumper damage and kicked-up rocks, which suggested Marcus had been trying to flee but could not.

Officers noted a strong smell of alcohol, slurred speech and bloodshot eyes.

According to the police report, Jordan repeatedly insisted he was under the BAC legal limit of 0.08.

‘He stated he had some drinks, I asked the defendant how many drinks and he advised he did not consume enough to be over the legal limit of 0.08,’ the officer recalled in the police report.

‘I asked him a number of drinks and he repeated he was not over the legal limit.

‘The odor of an alcoholic beverage was getting stronger as he spoke and his eyes were red, glassy and bloodshot.

‘I noticed his speech was slurred and he would get agitated and irritated quickly.’

According to the report, Jordan asked why he was ‘’getting treated like a criminal like he was doing something wrong’’.’

Police said he failed three sobriety tests before he was placed under arrest. Officers wrote in their report they found a white powdery substance in his pocket that tested positive for cocaine.

Jordan was combative as officers tried to put him in their squad car, using his leg and placing it between the door in an effort to prevent officers from closing it.

Once he was in the police car and on the way to jail, he allegedly began ‘singing the entire way.’

Larsa Pippen’s ex Marcus Jordan, 33, was seen appearing to ingest a mystery powder at a crowded table – using a metal implement to sniff the substance – while on vacation in the South of France

It comes after Jordan was pictured appearing to snort white powder while on vacation in the South of France last year.

He was previously in a relationship with reality star Larsa Pippen, 50, who is the ex-wife of Michael Jordan’s former star teammate and occasional nemesis Scottie Pippen.

Larsa is said to have dumped Jordan after his wayward behavior became too much for her to handle.

She opened up about the breakup in an interview last year where she gave a  diplomatic explanation as to why she decided to close the door on the relationship.

Speaking on the Amy & TJ podcast on iheartRadio in March, Pippen said she realized Marcus wasn’t her ‘guy’ after she spent time away from him, giving her clarity on their relationship.

The former couple started dating back in 2022 and made headlines for both their 17-year age gap and because of their Chicago Bulls connection.

Their romance was a controversial topic as he was just seven years old when she married Scottie Pippen, the longtime co-star to Michael Jordan on the Chicago Bulls, where they won six NBA titles together.

In July 2023, Michael Jordan publicly revealed he did not approve of his son dating Larsa.

In a video obtained by DailyMail.com, the Hall-of-Famer, who was dining with his wife, Yvette Prieto, who coincidentally also shares a 16-year age gap with the sports and sneaker icon, was asked his thoughts on the pair’s romance, to which he laughed.

When pressed on whether he approved of the relationship, Michael declared: ‘No!’ before getting in the car.

Marcus is the second eldest child of Jordan and his first wife Juanita Vanoy.

He played college basketball at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
