Lidl has launched a new range of hot honey-infused foods just in time for Valentine’s Day, tapping into one of the season’s hottest flavour trends.

The supermarket’s move comes as searches for hot honey have surged by 46 per cent this month, with the sweet-spicy combination capturing widespread attention on social media.

The trending flavour has already generated over 24,000 posts on TikTok, demonstrating its growing popularity among food enthusiasts.

The new collection features three main products, combining the sweetness of honey with a spicy kick for those planning a romantic meal at home.
