Weight loss takes patience and effort, but the right strategies can make it a rewarding process.
Adopting strategies like intermittent fasting, increasing fibre intake and staying hydrated has helped many dieters shed unwanted pounds.
This approach worked for one woman who shed 1st 12lb within just two months through a combination of strategies.
Tin’s (tinnn7377) success centred around a strict intermittent fasting window which opened at 12 o’clock and closed at 6pm every day.

“I wasn’t eating any of the snacks that I would usually late at night,” she explained.
“I would [also] make sure that I was having enough fibre to make sure my body would digest the food.”
Rather than counting calories, Tin focused on maintaining proper hydration throughout her fasting periods.
“I always found that I had to make sure that I put electrolytes in my drink, and that I had water by my bedside every single night,” she shared.
More specifically, Tin committed to drinking approximately three litres of water daily to manage hunger during fasting periods.
“With intermittent fasting, you have to make sure that you are drinking lots and lots of water because you feel the hunger a little bit at the beginning.”
Physical activity played a key role in Tin’s weight loss journey, with a commitment to achieving 10,000 steps daily.
“I tried to do 10,000 steps every single day, so I would try to walk everywhere,” she said.
Tin believes diet was more crucial than exercise at the beginning of her weight loss journey

However, she maintained that diet was more crucial than exercise at the beginning of her transformation.
“I don’t think the exercise bit is as crucial in the beginning as the diet, if you’ve sorted out your diet the exercise will essentially aid you with the weight loss,” she declared.
To track her progress, Tin weighed herself daily, stating: “I know this one is controversial but I weighed myself every single morning.”
Tin stressed that she benefited from avoiding restrictive calorie counting while maintaining a sustainable eating pattern that supported long-term success.
