Former Press Secretary to Queen Elizabeth II, Dickie Arbiter, has come to the defence of Prince William and Princess Kate after the latest bombshell royal book.
Endgame, written by Omid Scobie, has faced widespread criticism from royal experts after several allegations were made about the Royal Family.
Released across the world yesterday, Scobie has hit out at almost every member of the working monarchy, including King Charles and Prince William.
Among the claims, Scobie said in the book that critics have called the Princess of Wales “lazy” and “technically a part-time working royal”.

Scobie added that Princess Kate is the monarchy’s “last shiny thing for many years to come”.
Another passage claims the future Queen “jokingly shivers” when Meghan Markle’s name is mentioned.
Prince William has been described in the biography as “hot-headed” and a “power hungry opportunist”.
Scobie also alleges Prince William has a “small scale rivalry” against his father, King Charles.
Discussing the claims on GB News, Arbiter told Camilla Tominey: “He’s got a beef against the Prince of Wales, he’s got a beef against the King and he’s going to say anything in order to make the point that they are not very nice people.
“And unless they change, we’re not going to have a monarchy, that’s the bottom line. That’s what it’s all about, change, otherwise the monarchy is history.”
Camilla then asked if a possible reconciliation “for good PR” will take place between the Sussexes and the Royal Family ahead of Christmas.
Arbiter stated: “I’m going to answer a question with a question. You’re a parent, and your child has done what Harry’s done. What would your reaction be?”
Camilla admitted: “I wouldn’t be happy about it.”

Arbiter continued: “Trashing your family on Oprah, trashing for six hours on on Netflix, a book that sold countless thousands. Come on.”
Camilla then argued: “But you might look at him and think, look, he’s damaged, he’s got a huge amount of baggage leftover from his mother’s very tragic death, he’s confused.
“He’s married a woman that doesn’t really want to be in the UK or have any more ties to the royals. Therefore, they might pity him a little?”
Arbiter asked in response: “But if you give too much, how much of it is going to stay private? How much is going to end up in the media?”
