Looking for some inner peas on a totally radish property owned by a big dill? Check out Tom Brady’s nearly completed mansion on Miami’s ‘Billionaire Bunker,’ where the New England Patriots legend has been planting roots.
As seen in aerial photos from above Indian Creek, a manmade barrier island in Miami-Dade County, Brady’s new $17 million mansion boasts an enviable garden, where a variety of vegetables and flowers appear to be growing across eight congruent rectangular plots. Other Indian Creek residents include Jeff Bezos and Julio Iglesias as well as Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.
It remains unclear if Brady did the honors himself or if the retired NFL star enlisted some area gardeners to handle the heavy lifting.
Of course, the 46-year-old is no stranger to healthy eating. Through his brand, TB12, Brady has promoted a mostly plant-based diet that includes a number of anti-inflammatory foods.
According to Brady, the diet is ‘commonsensical.’

He eats meat, although ‘not that much,’ he told his TB12 website.
‘If anything, I subscribe to balance,’ he said.
Brady is a major proponent of whole foods, which are grown and not manufactured.
Of course, the gardens are just the latest addition to Brady’s staggering property abutting North Miami Beach.
He recently added a boat dock and pickleball court according to previously released photos.
Brady and ex-wife Gisele Bundchen bought the home together four years ago and the property is finally close to completion – nine months after DailyMail.com published exclusive photos of the ongoing construction.
In the time since, Brady’s Indian Creek Island home has changed quite a bit, with various amenities being added to the massive home.
New photos show that Brady is having a private boat dock constructed on the water, not far from his home.
Additionally, the seven-time Super Bowl winner has put a pickleball court in place, with basketball hoops on both sides as well.
DailyMail.com previously revealed that the quarterback, reportedly worth over $500 million, didn’t put anything towards the purchase of the property, but chose to take out a mortgage for the full amount plus the option to borrow a further $17million.
An aerial view of the home shows that it is almost entirely completed – after four years of work on the sprawling property
When he and Bundchen split in October 2022, Brady took on the building’s renovations while Bündchen moved on to buy her own property across the waterway.
Before the split, Bündchen had paid $1.3 million for a three-bed waterfront home in Surfside, which she’s had remodeled, according to building records.
The 43-year-old then splashed out $11.5million on a five-bed, 6,600sqft property a few doors down from the smaller home and opposite her former husband’s home.
The former couple had aimed to build a forever home in Miami’s Indian Creek Country Club community for themselves and their children, John Edward, Benjamin, and Vivian.
The total cost of the house is set to be near $30million, as they paid $17million for the land and an additional $10.12million in building costs for the custom home.
The house also includes a yoga terrace, solar panels, a cabana, and a main and outdoor kitchen.
Floor plans of the home previously obtained by the New York Post shows that it spans an enormous 17,000sqft, and includes five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, along with an elevator, a movie theater and a guest suite.

Following a legendary playing career in the NFL, Brady hung up his cleats – for a second and final time – in February 2023.
But he’ll be returning to the limelight soon as an NFL analyst for Fox Sports.
He signed a reported 10-year, $375 million contract with the network and is set to start calling games this fall.
Even at the age of 46, Brady is still in tremendous physical shape. Last month he ran a faster 40-yard dash time then when he was just 22.
In a video shared on social media, Brady is seen explaining how he ran the 40-yard dash in 5.28 seconds at the NFL Combine, a poor score before he was drafted in the sixth round.
Brady had two friends timing him on the run – one recorded him at 5.18 and another stopped the clock on 5.12.
