The Range has announced a major overhaul of its current customer service offering to make the shopping experience “more convenient”.
The home, leisure and garden retailer confirmed plans to improve its Click and Collect service earlier today.
It is now available nationwide to customers across the country for last-minute shopping needs.
In a massive boon for The Range customers, shopping items will now be ready to pick-up in as little as one hour.
Shoppers will still be able to browse the retailer’s offerings online and make purchases through its website.
However, they will now be able to collect their items at an even faster pace than before.

Under the improved service, The Range will hold items in-store for up to five working days.
This is to ensure customers can visit and collect their home, leisure or garden times that are convenient for them.
Retailers across the UK are responding to changing consumer habits which have seen people turn to buying online more.
Britain’s high streets have been hit by a wave of store closures as a result of this social trend.
Alex Simpkin, the CEO of The Range, outlined how shoppers will benefit from the retailer’s improved click and collect service at this time of year.
He said: said: “By offering this one-hour collection service, we aim to make shopping even more convenient and accessible for both our existing and new customers, especially as they prepare for a summer of hosting.
“We’re excited to provide them with a seamless shopping experience that bridges the gap between online convenience and in-store availability.”
With the weather improving, The Range will be counting on shoppers flocking to its online store for new garden and outside patio furniture.

This latest development for the brand comes as the homeware company has closed many of its own stores.
For May 2023, The Range has confirmed it is shutting down its store in Canada Water with no plans to reopen another in the area.
However, the company has confirmed plans to open a store in Brunel Park in Whitney.
