Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh and Prince Edward have briefly been reunited after spending two weeks apart.

King Charles’s youngest sibling, 59, landed at Heathrow Airport from Indonesia on Sunday.

Prince Edward began his visit to Singapore on November 14, where he attended a reception for the Commonwealth Games Federation at Swissȏtel the Stamford.

This trip meant that the Duke of Edinburgh was forced to miss Charles’s private birthday bash at Clarence House.

The prince then continued his travels to Australia and New Zealand.

Prince Edward took a plane on Thursday from Sydney to Jakarta, where he visited the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara as well as the British School Jakarta.

Meanwhile, the Duchess of Edinburgh was in the UK and wowed at the South Korean state banquet last Tuesday.

Sophie rewore her Suzannah London Coronation Gown which she paired with an Anya Hindmarch Maud Clutch in Silver.

Edward’s return to the UK meant the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh could have a quick reunion before Sophie jetted off to Colombia.

The duchess, at the request of the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, is currently visiting Colombia until Friday, December 1.

Sophie arrived in the country today, where she will participate in events in Bogotá and Cali to support the Women, Peace and Security Agenda (WPS).

She is also expected to carry on her advocacy for survivors of sexual abuse.
