A ‘sexually provocative’ female police officer has been sacked after groping two male cops during a boozy night out, where she also pestered one of them to have sex with her and sent him a racy picture of her in her underwear.
PC Tia Johnson-Warne made advances to both men while she was sat in a booth at Wetherspoon with her then-cop boyfriend.
In an ‘incredibly awkward’ move the officer – who is in her mid 20s – first grabbed one of her colleagues, identified only as PC A, just above his knee before moving her hand up to his thigh.
He stopped the encounter by excusing himself to go to the bathroom and the deliberately sat away from PC Johnson-Warne.
However, the randy female cop began sending him explicit text messages asking him ‘don’t you want to f*** me?’ before sending him the intimate picture.
PC A, who cannot be named for legal reasons, tried to rebuff the advances by reminding her she was seeing another officer, PC Kane Brookes, who was also at the pub in Ryde on the Isle of Wight.
Later on she rubbed her hand over the crotch of another officer, PC B, for around 20 seconds, the misconduct hearing heard.
PC B, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told the hearing that the group were even barred from ordering more drinks because of how drunk the female officer was.
PC Tia Johnson-Warne has been sacked from Hampshire police after groping male colleagues during a boozy night out on the Isle of Wight
Hampshire Constabulary’s PC Johnson-Warne was found guilty of gross misconduct for the ‘inappropriate touching’ of PC A and PC B and placed on the College of Policing’s Barred List.
However, she was cleared of groping PC A in a car.
Deputy Chief Constable Sam De Reya, of Hampshire police, slammed Johnson-Warne’s ‘unprofessional actions’ and ‘completely inappropriate behaviour’.
She said: ‘I would like to thank the two officers for their resilience and professionalism and how they have handled this misconduct investigation.
‘It is deeply troubling that an officer has acted in such a shameful manner, leaving these officers feeling awkward and uncomfortable.
‘Nobody should be left to feel like these officers did because of a colleague’s degrading actions, regardless of whether you are on or off-duty.
‘Her persistent unwanted advances irrevocably damaged their working relationship and caused unnecessary harm to the two individuals. The public expect better from police officers and our force.
‘We are rightly held to a higher standard and whether we are on the beat or at a social event, the same standards apply and our actions are a reflection on policing as a whole.

PC Tia Johnson-Warne (pictured) made advances to both men whilst sat in a booth at Wetherspoons with her then cop boyfriend also in the pub, a panel heard.
‘It is therefore right that PC Johnson-Warne is no longer a serving officer.
‘Her unprofessionalism and completely inappropriate actions undermine the great work that our officers and staff do every day, serving our communities across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.’
A Hampshire Constabulary misconduct hearing in Eastleigh was told the three officers were in the Wetherspoon for a work social event.
Alan Jenkins, representing the force, said the female officer’s actions were ‘plainly inappropriate’ and ‘sexually provocative’.
He said: ‘The allegations against PC Johnson-Warne concern her sexual attentions towards two male colleagues, PC A and PC B, at a time when she was heavily intoxicated…
‘The first officer, PC A, was also sent messages via mobile phone which asked if he wanted to have sex with her, and at least one photograph of her in her underwear.
‘PC A was also treated inappropriately whilst he was passenger on the rear seat of a car with PC Johnson-Warne towards the end of the evening. She tried to pull his hand between her legs and under her clothing.
‘The second officer, PC B, was also touched in a sexually provocative manner over clothing whilst the group was in the Wetherspoons pub.
‘For an officer sexually to touch colleagues in such a manner that they feel uncomfortable is plainly inappropriate.
‘The issue of gender is properly immaterial… whether a male officer touched female colleagues without their consent or a female officer touched male colleagues does not matter for these purposes.
‘Alcohol consumption, particularly if excessive, does not provide any excuse or justification for any touching that is unwelcome or unwanted in the circumstances.’
PC A and PC B both told the panel they were unhappy with the advances from PC Johnson-Warne.
PC A said: ‘It was incredibly awkward, I have not had to deal with that behaviour before.
‘I did not know how to process or deal with it.
‘It was not anything I invited or wanted, I wanted that situation to stop.’
PC B said: ‘I did feel that I was a victim of something sexually inappropriate.
‘I’m not as sociable nowadays.
‘I have tried to ignore what happened and move on.’
