Princess Anne has been crowned the hardest-working royal in 2024 despite her major health setback.
A survey of the official engagements undertaken by the Royal Family in 2024 has been published, as reported in the Court Circular.
King Charles, 76, and Princess Kate, 42, both had cancer treatment, which considerably reduced the number of engagements they were able to carry out.
In addition, the Princess Royal, 74, suffered a minor concussion in June after enduring a blow to the head from a horse.

Despite Anne’s health setback, she was victorious in the list of hardest-working royals for 2024.
The mother-of-two carried out 395 engagements in the UK and 79 abroad, coming to a total of 474.
This resulted in 17 more engagements in 2024 than the year prior.
