Prince Harry has been warned he could be evicted from the US next time he travels abroad, due to “strictly enforced” rules being imposted by Donald Trump’s administration.
The Heritage Foundation think-tank argues that the Duke of Sussex must be questioned over his drug use next time he crosses the US border, following the release of Harry’s visa documents.
Although the organisation won a court battle to make the previously unseen papers public, the court documents had been heavily redacted.
Heritage’s Nile Gardiner said: “He should be questioned at the US border when he returns from wherever he travels.

Warning that the US government is taking a new tough approach on immigration, Gardiner told the Sun: “These drugs are illegal in the US.
“This is a new era of immigration enforcement in the US and the rules are being strictly enforced by the new US administration.”
Prince Harry admitted to using cocaine, marijuana and psychedelics in his controversial memoir Spare, released in January 2023.
The US government had until the end of Tuesday to publish the papers relating to the duke’s immigration status, following a court ruling from Judge Carl Nichols.
The suggestion from conservative think tank was that the Duke of Sussex may have lied about using drugs on his visa application or been given special treatment by the previous White House administration under President Joe Biden.
The newly released documents read: “Plaintiffs allege that the records should be disclosed as public confidence in the government would suffer or to establish whether the duke was granted preferential treatment.
“This speculation by Plaintiffs does not point to any evidence of government misconduct.”
The documents continued: “The records, as explained above, do not support such an allegation but show the regulatory process involved in reviewing and granting immigration benefits which was done in compliance with the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1103 and applicable rules and regulation.”

In his bombshell memoir, Harry admitted cocaine “didn’t do anything for me”, but “Marijuana is different, that actually really did help me.”
It triggered an investigation into how he was allowed to enter the US in 2020.
