The grandson of Italy’s last king has made a shocking sex-related confession in a tell-all interview.
Prince Emanuele Filiberto, 52, has revealed how he hired a prostitute to teach him how to have sex with his first girlfriend but was still left ‘feeling like an imbecile’.
The Playboy prince from the deposed House of Savoy said he had always felt awkward about sex as a young men he had relied on an adult worker to show him the ropes.
He told Italian daily la Repubblica: ‘I had a girlfriend and I wanted to make love with her, but I didn’t know how to do it.
‘So I had a prostitute teach me how to do it. ‘It became clear to me very quickly.’
During the interview it became apparent no topic was off limits as the prince said he liked to be seduced and admitted to participating in threesomes where he had felt ‘a little bit like an imbecile’.
Filiberto, who shot to fame after winning Italy’s popular Dancing with the Stars TV show in 2009, has many different business interests.
Examples of these include owning restaurants in the US and also being the Chief Executive Officer for a video game called RoyaLand which is currently in development with seven other royal families.

The Prince has three children with his French actress wife Clotilde Courau who lives separately in Paris while he’s based in Monaco.
‘We love each other dearly, but we live apart,’ he said. ‘It is not quantity that matters but quality, We are are ha happy this way.
‘In the beginning she was the whim of the prince who wanted to conquer the Leftist actress. Today, I love and respect her much more.’

The House of Savoy provided Italy’s kings from unification in the 19th century to the abolition of the monarchy in a referendum in 1946 but they have never given up hope of the monarchy being restored in Italy.
