Olivia Dunne gave her honest take on Paul Skenes’ gymnastic skills as he visited her at LSU and entered her stomping grounds.

On Sunday, Dunne posted a TikTok video of the Pittsburgh Pirates rookie pitcher as he returned to Baton Rogue and tried to reenact maneuvers at the LSU gymnastics training facility.

‘Rating our newest LSU Gymnastics recruit,’ Dunne wrote in the first clip, showing her giggling Coyly at the camera before revealing her boyfriend as the said recruit.

The video then proceeds to a montage of Skenes trying out different gymnastic apparatus, including Dunne’s rating and takeaways.

The first part of Skenes’ highlight reel showed him bouncing on the trampoline. Dunne gave him a six out of ten rating and wrote ‘Not very aerodynamic, having fun though.’

Dunne jokingly referred to her boyfriend as LSU Gymnastics’ ‘newest recruit’

It then shows Skenes hesitantly getting up on a balance beam, which Dunne gave a five, writing: ‘A little nervous, overcame his fear and got on.’

Skenes then flipped into a foam pit and earned an eight from his girlfriend. ‘8/10 a bit mental on this one,’ Dunne wrote. ‘Made the flip around.’

His first perfect ten came from running and jumping into the pit, in what Dunne described as a ‘beautiful’ execution.

Shortly after, Dunne showed Skenes struggling to get out of the pit and wrote: ‘2/10 can’t get out the foam pit, getting frustrated.’

The pitcher then grabs Dunne by the ankle and tries to drag her into the pit with him.

Dunne is back in LSU for her fifth and final year with the Tigers gymnastics team.

Skenes and Dunne both attended LSU and won national titles with the Tigers

Skenes became one of MLB’s rising stars after a successful rookie year with the Pirates

Dunne is returning to LSU for a fifth season after helping the team win their first NCAA title

Her final campaign follows their NCAA title-winning efforts at the end of her senior year. The 2023-24 team brought the university’s first national title in gymnastics to Baton Rouge after a dominant regular season.

Dunne recently starred in the six-part Amazon Prime docuseries ‘The Money Game – LSU’ featuring some of the university’s best athletes last season.

Outside of gymnastics and campus grounds, Dunne continues to find success as an influencer and brand ambassador – recently headlining Nautica’s fall 2024 campaign with Mizzou football star Luther Burden III before returning to their respective schools.
