Nigel Farage is favourably viewed by more people than any other political leader in Britain, according to a new poll.
The Reform UK leader now sees his favourability sit at 31 per cent – higher than any of his party leader counterparts, including Sir Keir Starmer, who has slid in the polls to the point where just 21 per cent of Britons see him in a positive light.
The new data by pollsters at Ipsos also reveals that his party has experienced the biggest positive swing since last month of 4 per cent, and sits ahead of both Labour and the Conservatives.
But it is not all positive reading for Reform – the party still sits at third place on the “net favourability” rankings at -14 per cent, behind both the Greens and Lib Dems on -5 and -12 respectively.

And despite his record positive high, Farage is still seen unfavourably by 46 per cent of Britons.
However, his five-point boost since January has still bumped up his overall net rating to -15 percentage points.
Meanwhile, Tory leader Kemi Badenoch received a 0.5 point swing to boost her net favourability to -29, with 16 per cent of Britons viewing her positively, and 45 per cent negatively.
And Sir Keir Starmer’s net favourability slipped by 3.5 points to minus 34, with the 21 per cent remaining positive about the Prime Minister outweighed by a damning 55 per cent who see him in a negative light.

But Starmer isn’t the lowest-ranked figure in Labour’s top brass – Rachel Reeves is the only politician with a worse net score than the Prime Minister.
The Chancellor sits at -39, with a slump of three points this month leaving her with just 14 per cent of the public viewing her positively, and 53 per cent negatively.
The remaining two British politicians in the survey – Deputy PM Angela Rayner and Lib Dem leader Sir Ed Davey, took in net favourability scores of -30 and -12, respectively – handing Davey the highest net rating overall.
Ipsos also asked Britons about Donald Trump – though their questioning came before he branded Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky a “dictator”.

In the UK, the US President recorded a net rating of -32, with 25 per cent of Britons holding a favourable view, and 57 per cent unfavourable.
Keiran Pedley, director of UK politics at Ipsos, said: “This polling shows the relatively competitive position Nigel Farage holds versus other party leaders.
“More Britons are favourable towards Farage than Starmer, Badenoch or Davey.
“However, these poll findings were taken before Donald Trump’s recent comments about Ukraine, so it remains to be seen whether these – and Nigel Farage’s response – impact the numbers moving forward.”
