M&S has launched a new range of minimalist cereals in their Foodhall, featuring products made with six ingredients or fewer.
The collection includes Cornflakes, Multigrain Hoops and Choco Hoops, all created with simple store cupboard ingredients.
“Check out our latest additions to the cereal aisle – meaning you can pick up Cornflakes, Multigrain Hoops and Choco Hoops made with only six ingredients or under,” M&S announced on social media.
“These cereals are made with only store cupboard ingredients and natural sugar sources leaving you safe in the knowledge that absolutely nothing has been added to these cereals that doesn’t need to be there.”

The line-up includes:
- Cornflakes containing only 100 per cent maize corn
- Multigrain Hoops containing only five ingredients; organic oat flour, organic maize flour, organic brown rice flour, salt, organic date syrup
- Choco Hoops made with organic oat flour, organic maize flour, organic brown rice flour, salt, organic date sugar, organic cocoa powder.
“Each of these have been lovingly created following the want for minimal ingredient products and there will be more to come so keep your [eyes] peeled,” the post continued.
“Find them in your local M&S Foodhall or on @ocadouk NOW.”
Customer reactions to the new cereal range have been overwhelmingly positive, with one shopper commenting: “This is absolutely what the public wants. More of this please!”
Another enthusiastic customer wrote: “Bought all 3 and had them mixed together for breakfast today Fantastic.”
“This is DELIGHTFUL,” remarked a third person.

It comes as M&S Food unveiled its 2025 Easter egg collection featuring an “all-star A-list line-up” that promises to delight chocolate lovers across the UK.
The range includes M&S icons transformed into eggs, fully loaded creations, and what the retailer calls its “thickest eggs ever”.
Character-themed designs and Collection showstoppers with loaded and layered bases are taking centre stage this season.
M&S describes these as “not just any Easter treats” but “the cutest, tastiest M&S Easter treats”.
