Actress Abigail Spencer has shared exclusive insight about her friend Meghan Markle’s upcoming Netflix series, promising viewers “an authentic look at the woman I love”.
Speaking at the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Red Dress Collection Concert on Thursday night, Spencer expressed her enthusiasm for the new show “With Love, Meghan”.
Spencer told reporters at the event: “I’m so excited for everyone to get to know the Meghan that I know.”
The 43-year-old actress revealed that viewers will learn a great deal from the programme.

She said: “It’s really beautiful, and you’re going to learn a lot.
“I mean, I’ve learned a lot.”
Spencer added that the show is “really from her heart” and “authentic”.
The new Netflix series, set to premiere on March 4, will feature a blend of cooking and lifestyle content alongside appearances from notable guests.

Among those joining the Duchess of Sussex will be actress Mindy Kaling, her husband Prince Harry, and chef Roy Choi.
The show promises to reimagine lifestyle programming, combining practical demonstrations with candid conversations with friends both old and new.
“I’ve always loved taking something pretty ordinary and elevating it, surprising people with moments that let them know I was really thinking of them,” Meghan says in the show’s trailer.
The eight-episode series was originally scheduled for a January 15 release but was postponed due to Los Angeles wildfires.
Spencer and Meghan’s friendship dates back to their time on the legal drama Suits, where they “immediately had a connection”, with their friendship deepened during their time on the show.
Spencer, was also among the select few to receive Meghan’s strawberry jam from her American Riviera Orchard brand last April, described the duchess as “an incredible person”.
The actress will appear in the new series herself, with Meghan preparing a culinary creation for her friend.
Spencer said: “I’m just very, very grateful for everyone to get a taste of the Megan that I know and love.”
