• IShowSpeed was streaming backstage when Triple H forced him into the match
  • He did not last long, though, as WWE superstars punished him and fast

IShowSpeed was a guest of WWE for the Royal Rumble and was streaming backstage earlier in the night.

However, after Akira Tozawa was attacked during his entrance as number eight in the match, Triple H forced iShowSpeed to do him a solid and enter the Rumble.

Speed did help Bron Breakker eliminate Otis, but during his celebrations – which incuded a backflip and hitting Cristiano Ronaldo’s iconic ‘Sui’ – he was speared in half by the Intercontinental champion and promptly thrown out.

Otis caught a Speed vaulting through the air after an overhead throw from Breakker, but he still gave the YouTube phenom no easy landing.

Instead, he was thrown onto the announce table and out of the matchup.

IShowSpeed made a last minute entrance into the match, but he felt the pain fast

Speed ended his stream after the beating his took in the matchup. Yes, WWE is predetermined, but no amount of choreography could have prepared Speed for getting dropped on his head after a vicious spear.

His fellow YouTube star Logan Paul found him backstage after the exit where Speed showed him the nasty leg injury he suffered.

Whether it’s a burn or a deep graze, a nasty chunk of skin is gone from Speed’s leg.

Speed wasn't in the match very long, but he sure got a memento on his leg

This wasn’t Speed’s first appearance in WWE. The 20-year-old, who has over 45 million subscribers on YouTube, has previously been RKO’d by Randy Orton attempting to help Paul.

Paul did enter the Rumble himself later on, securing the coveted number 30 which is the final spot in the matchup.

He kept himself in the match by jumping on the very table that led to Speed’s demise in the same matchup. Some might even call that poetic.
