Former Channel 4 Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has stunned fans by showing off her impressive five-stone weight loss transformation on Instagram.

The 24-year-old looked radiant in a lilac lace dress as she shared a glamorous mirror selfie with her followers.

Amy first appeared on Gogglebox in 2013 when she was just 13 years old, alongside her mother Nikki, father Jonathan, and brother Josh.

The Tapper family quickly became fan-favourites on the Channel 4 show. They remained on the programme until 2018 when they decided to step away from the spotlight.

Despite the seven years since her Gogglebox exit, she has maintained a loyal social media following.

She paired the elegant outfit with nude ballet pumps and wore her long brunette hair in loose waves as she captured the image in her bedroom mirror.

The update comes after Tapper first revealed her dramatic weight transformation last month. In February, she proudly announced reaching her five-stone weight loss milestone on social media.

“Officially 5 stone down and I couldn’t be happier. Never thought I’d be able to reach this milestone so I think I can say I’m proud of myself,” she wrote.

The 24-year-old also shared a clip of herself weighing in with her fitness instructor celebrating alongside her.

Tapper has been documenting her fitness journey since 2022 when she first embarked on her health transformation.

She often shares before and after pictures to highlight her progress, including a recent post where she wore the same jumper from 2022 to show the difference.

At the beginning of 2022, Amy revealed she had “kick-started her year” by losing 33cm from her waist in just five weeks.

She regularly posts workout videos featuring weights, boxing and gym sessions.

Amy has been open about the experiences that motivated her weight loss journey.

“The hardest times were when I was made to feel embarrassed,” she told the Daily Star.

She recalled needing belt extensions on planes and having to sit in different rows at Disney with her father due to requiring larger seats.

“When things like that happen it’s horrible. It makes you feel like you’re not normal,” she admitted.

Amy has shared details of her new lifestyle, which includes following the Muscle Food diet plan.
