Britons have spoken to GB News about the 4.9 per cent rail fare increase, set to come into force in March.
Speaking to Theo Chikomba, one member of the public admitted the planned hike will be “rough” as the cost of living crisis takes it toll.
Another individual outlined the train woes they had suffered earlier in the morning, citing it as a reason for why rail fares should not be hiked “yet again”.
“Get your act together first”, he told rail companies as he spoke to GB News outside London King’s Cross station.
