George Russell won the 2024 Austrian Grand Prix in Spielberg on Sunday.

World champion Max Verstappen led for most of the race after starting on pole and was closely pursued by Lando Norris.

But Russell took advantage of a collision between Verstappen and Norris in lap 64. This was Russell’s first GP win since 2022.

Oscar Piastri eventually finished second, ahead of Carlos Sainz Jnr in third. Lewis Hamilton was fourth.
