Eminem fans are furious after the rapper voiced his support for Democratic nominee Kamala Harris alongside former President Barack Obama in Detroit.

At a campaign event in his home city, 52-year-old Slim Shady came onstage and took a subtle swipe at Donald Trump – expressing his support for Harris and saying she wouldn’t be out for ‘retribution’.

He then introduced Obama, who took the stage and rapped lines from Eminem’s Grammy-wining song ‘Lose Yourself’.

A few of the musician’s fans – including Tesla boss Elon Musk – expressed unhappiness with the rapper’s appearance.

Musk, who has famously shown his support for the GOP candidate, said the ‘Love The Way You Lie’ singer had been associated with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who faces mounting accusation of sexual assault and rape.

‘Yet another Diddy party participant,’ Musk wrote on X.

An enraged fan further criticized: ‘I grew up obsessed with Eminem. Like all I listened to for years. Unfortunately, he is now a pathetic loser. The same guy that wrote all these songs about anti-establishment, going against the grain.

‘Just to become a little sheep and do what he is told. Many such cases.’

Yet another added: ‘This is the same guy who rapped about killing homosexuals with a chainsaw, vicodin, chopping up his wife in front of his daughter, his disdain of his poor white trash audience, and being banged by a bisexual pedo named Ken Kaniff (from Connecticut). And he’s supporting Kamala.’

‘Bringing out Eminem was already embarrassing in and of itself, but on top of it, he delivered the worst speech of all time. 1 minute and 21 seconds of written rubbish,’ another X user chimed in.

‘Eminem standing onstage telling people who to vote for was a lame attempt by the kamala machine,’ yet another added.

Some Eminem fans have instead shown their support for Slim Shady and highlighted his previous anti-Trump statements.

‘[I]t’s funny seeing some people pretend to be surprised about this, last time [T]rump was president [E]minem put out an album where the cover was him facepalming behind the [A]merican flag,’ one fan recalled.

Another noted: ‘There was never a point in Eminem’s career this would’ve ever been surprising, people just don’t listen to rap.’

One X user also hit back on Musk’s post, writing: ‘This loser doesn’t know Eminem hates Diddy and has called him out several times.’

Others called Eminem’s appearance a historic moment.

‘This means so much to him because Eminem doesn’t go anywhere he doesn’t want to be,’ one person write, while another added, ‘Y’all got Eminem out here at political rallies. That’s how you know it’s a serious matter.’

The ‘Superman’ rapper’s appearance also ignited a ‘rap battle’ between Trump and Obama.

On Tuesday night, Trump called Obama ‘a jerk’ while the former Democratic President mercilessly mocked the GOP candidate.

Trump went after Obama at a campaign stop in North Carolina, claiming the Democrat looked ‘exhausted’ and ‘couldn’t care less’ about the country.

‘I think he’s a real jerk because I’ve watched him campaign over the last couple of days,’ Trump said.

‘Over the last couple of days I’ve watched him campaign. What a divider he is. He divides this country. He couldn’t care less, him and his little group of people’.

Meanwhile, Obama took jabs of his own during his Detroit rally with Eminem.

Obama hugged  Eminem after the Detroit rapper introduced him at a rally

‘I mean, who is hawking merch when they’re running for president?’ Obama commented.

‘He’s trying to sell you golden sneakers. He’s trying to sell you a $100,000 watch. Says it’s made in Switzerland, but nobody really knows.’

Throughout his address, Obama continued to take swipes at Trump.

‘It is good to be back in Michigan, good to be back in Motor City,’ the ex-president said. ‘I heard there was another rally here Friday night but it was a little smaller than this one,’ he added, clearly trying to get under Trump’s skin.

Obama continued mocking Trump for selling products during his presidential run.

‘My favorite is the Trump Bible,’ the ex-president said with a laugh, insinuating that it was probably not made in the USA. ‘He’s Mr. Tough Guy on China, except when he can make a few bucks.’

Trump, meanwhile, claimed Obama had no desire to stump for Harris at all.

‘The reason they’re bringing him out – because he doesn’t even want to do it. I think he’s exhausted. I watched him talk and I think the guy’s exhausted,’ Trump said.

‘He’s looking a little bit older isn’t he. You know? Nothing wrong with that. But he’s exhausted.’

Obama also jabbed Trump for some of his recent antics, including an awkward appearance where he danced to music.

Trump called Barack Obama ‘a jerk’ while Obama mocked the size of Trump’s rallies

‘He’ll give like two and a half hour speeches. Just a word salad,’ Obama said. ‘You don’t know what the heck he’s saying.’

‘The other day he had a town hall meeting. Now I’ve had a lot of town hall meetings and the point is that you’re supposed to listen and then answer questions from your constituents. About 45 minutes into it, you just say, “you know what? I don’t feel like taking questions anymore,” Obama said. ‘And then he just played music of half an hour.’

‘He’s just up there swaying to Ave Maria and YMCA,’ the ex-president continued.

Obama was referring to a Trump rally at the downtown Huntington Place convention center on Friday night.

Trump’s mic failed for more than 15 minutes and the 80s song ‘Eye of the Tiger’ was played over the PA system.
