Escape to the Chateau stars Angel Adoree and Dick Strawbridge recently celebrated a huge milestone with their oldest child and son Arthur Strawbridge.
The pair often share big news about their children’s milestones on their podcast – Dick & Angel… Chat…eau but this time they used their social channels to celebrate.
Adoree and Strawbridge took a break from filming and recording across the Christmas period but have instead been sharing on their Instagram account.
Their recent post saw the celebration of Arthur’s 12th birthday, with the pair sharing a montage of images of their son across the years.
Marking the milestone, they captioned the post: “Happy 12th birthday to our kind funny, clever and gorgeous little man! (not that we are biased). Feels like yesterday that we held Arthur in our arms for the first time…
“This weekend saw 28 kids take over the Chateau with Laser Tag and lots of games…it even snowed!
Arthur had a huge celebration and shared his birthday alongside his sister and family
“Merry birthday Arthur! Love you more than you will ever know!”
Fans of the couple and those who have followed their journey since the beginning of their Channel 4 show – Escape to the Chateau – back in 2016 were quick to join in on the celebrations.
One penned: “Fabulous celebratory photos and more precious memories. Happy 12th birthday Arthur, what a credit to your Mum and Dad you are.”
“How precious those baby pictures!” another added before a third said: “Happy B/day Arthur, hope you had a fun filled time with family & friends.”

Someone else praised: “Happy birthday, Arthur!! What an awesome party!! You really do have the most amazing family.”
A fifth expressed: “Arthur, you have been a joy to watch grow up on the show. You’ve touched many hearts around the world, just by being YOU! Happy Birthday!!!”
Another thrilled fan wrote: “Wishing Arthur the happiest of birthdays and that this is his best year yet!” (sic)
As well as their Instagram account and their podcast, the family also produce videos for their YouTube channel, so fans don’t ever miss a thing.
One of their recent videos saw the family partake in a shared Christmas baking session – which saw their daughter Dorothy, 10 – show off her baking knowledge.
It also meant that she got a few stern lessons from her father after Adoree told her daughter to “roll your sleeves up”.

Strawbridge proceeded to grab his daughter’s arm and start rolling up her sleeves, to which she jokingly commented: “I didn’t agree to this!”
“Yes you did, pass me the other one,” Strawbridge insisted, adding: “You have no choice, you’re in the kitchen working,” as he rolled up the arms of her Christmas jumper.
The pair’s Channel 4 series may have come to a close but they will soon be back on the airwaves with a new series of their successful podcast.
Last year, Adoree and Strawbridge confirmed the upcoming series will also be filmed so fans get to see the duo on-screen once more.
