Popeyes is expanding its UK menu with three new sauced chicken options, including a highly-rated American favourite making its British debut.
The Louisiana chicken chain has added the permanent items to its menu – available now – as part of its new Saucin’ Boneless and Hot Wings range.
The launch features the chain’s celebrated Garlic Parmesan sauce, which became a fan-favourite in the US when it was introduced there in 2023.
The new offerings will feature both chicken wings and boneless chicken breast pieces, all coated in New Orleans-inspired sauces.

Popeyes’ new menu additions include three distinct flavours: Garlic Parmesan, Bold BBQ and Buffalo, with prices starting from £5.99 for a box.
While Buffalo and BBQ flavoured wings have previously appeared on UK menus, the Garlic Parmesan option marks its first appearance in British Popeyes restaurants.
The Bold BBQ option features a sticky sauce with classic sweet and smoky notes.
The Buffalo sauce, which returns as a permanent fixture following a limited-edition trial in March 2024, offers a hot and glossy coating that has a kick to it.
Each sauce can be enjoyed on either traditional wings or boneless chicken breast pieces, offering customers flexibility in their choice of chicken style.
The Garlic Parmesan sauce, hailed as the ultimate pairing for fried chicken, represents what Popeyes calls “a true American twist on a classic Italian combo”.
The distinctive sauce combines savoury cheese flavours with hints of garlic and black pepper notes, finished with a touch of citrus.
Popeyes’ new addition expands the fast food chain’s UK sauce selection, which includes popular options like hot honey and cool ranch.
Speaking about the launch, head of food at Popeyes UK, Dave Hoskins, told Metro: “We know our fans love our huge range of dips – and went mad for our trial of Saucin’ Wings last year – so combining the two and giving them a permanent home on our menu was a no-brainer.”
The Garlic Parmesan sauce has already proven its appeal across the Atlantic, where it was introduced as Roasted Garlic Parmesan Wings in 2023.
