Travis Kelce will reportedly not be attending the Grammys on Sunday night as he continues to prepare for the Super Bowl.
It was announced on Thursday that Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, will be presenting an award at the iconic music ceremony.
But, according to TMZ, Kelce will not be going to support her as he focuses on the Kansas City Chiefs’ huge game against the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans on February 9.
The 67th annual Grammy Awards will still take place on Sunday at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles but Kelce is busy practicing in Kansas City.
It’s not the first time Kelce has been forced to skip the event, which annually falls around the Super Bowl.
The tight end was also a notable absentee last year as the Chiefs prepared to take on the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas.

Swift is nominated for the night’s top prize – album of the year – and five other awards
His decision certainly paid off as the Chiefs won back-to-back Super Bowls and, with a historic three-peat attempt on the line this time around, Kelce is staying in Kansas City.
The couple kissed on the field at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday night in the aftermath of the Chiefs’ thrilling AFC Championship win over the Buffalo Bills.
Swift watched on as Kelce and his teammates booked their places in the Super Bowl with a 32-29 win.
It is expected that Swift will be in New Orleans next week to watch Kelce and the Chiefs play the Eagles, in what some have speculated could be his last-ever game.
Swift, who last month wrapped her wildly successful Eras Tour, is not performing at the Grammys but was added Thursday as a presenter. The Recording Academy did not say which category Swift would present at the awards show.
‘Are you ready for it? @taylorswift13 is joining us this Sunday as a presenter at the 67th #GRAMMYs,’ said a post on the Recording Academy account on X.
Swift is nominated for the night’s top prize – album of the year – for her breakup album ‘The Tortured Poets Department,’ and five other awards.
The ‘Fortnight’ singer has won album of the year a record four times.
Her competitors for the night’s top honor include Beyonce with ‘Cowboy Carter’ and Billie Eilish with ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft’.
