Several people are trapped underwater after a small plane crashed into a lake in Utah on Friday.

‘We’ve got crews of personnel out on the lake. They’re just confirming some things. The plane’s in about eight and a half feet of water,’ said Jess Campbell, Saratoga Springs Fire Department chief.

‘The likelihood of anybody still being viable is diminishing,’ said Jess Campbell, Saratoga Springs Fire Department chief, according to KSL.

Officials have not said how many people were on the plane when it crashed.
