Multiple incendiary devices were located inside a Tesla showroom in Austin, Texas on Monday, police said.
Around 8.04am, officers with the Austin Police Department responded to a ‘Found/Abandoned Hazardous call’ at the Tesla dealership at 12845 N. US 183 Hwy SVRD NB.
Authorities soon located multiple ‘suspicious devices’ at the scene and contacted the Austin Police Department Bomb Squad for assistance.
The incendiary devices, or a device designed to cause violence, were taken into the police custody ‘without incident,’ the department said.
It is unclear who planted the devices and when they did so. The police are currently investigating the incident.
