• England have levelled their ongoing ODI series against rivals Australia 2-2
  • The hosts won by 186 runs as England’s bowlers claimed several quick wickets
  • Harry Brook and Ben Duckett top scored for England with strong batting shows

England levelled their ongoing ODI series against Australia with an emphatic 186 run victory at Lord’s on Friday to send proceedings to a final match decider.

The hosts trailed 2-1 overall heading into the evening and quickly took charge after being put in to bat first on a surface that evidently favoured batting over bowling.

Ben Duckett, Harry Brook and Liam Livingstone all surpassed half-centuries as England finished with a titanic 312/5 that Australia never came close to catching.

The Aussies looked to have got off to a blistering start with both openers Mitchell Marsh and Travis Head both hitting a host of boundaries before being bowled short of 50, Jofra Archer dismissing Marsh and Brydon Carse sending Head walking.
