Beyoncé fans have lashed out after ticket platform Ticketmaster glitched, leaving thousands waiting in queues slamming the ‘joke’ high prices.
The pop star is preparing her Cowboy Carter tour which will include performances in the US before she turns to the UK and European leg in June.
Known for her Single Ladies hit, the singer’s tour will kick off at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on June 5 and will go on to play there on 7, 10, 12 and 14.
The shows will be part of Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter Tour in support of her eighth studio album Cowboy Carter.
However, fans in the UK were less than impressed when pre-sale tickets went live yesterday but they were left waiting when Ticketmaster’s website seemed to crash.
However, a representative for Ticketmaster has previously insisted the site did not crash and any problems fans had were down to other issues like cookies or their software.

Meanwhile, others were left in disbelief at the cost of the tickets.
One user, Mart Tweedy shared on X: ‘I’m sorry but this is an absolute JOKE for seated Beyonce tickets at Tottenham.’
Meanwhile, another user said: ‘Been on Ticketmaster and waiting rooms all morning and do I have a Beyonce ticket to my name? Of course not.’
Others decided that they didn’t fancy bagging the tickets after seeing the prices.
User Simone said: ‘Public service announcement, those wanting to stand to see Beyonce in London in June is going to set you back 224.85 BRITISH POUNDS. Dynamic pricing or not.. wow. Count me out.’
Others expressed their fury at the price of tickets for the show, with some coming in at £665.
Ticketmaster has been approached for comment.
The platform is currently facing an investigation from the competition watchdog over the Oasis concert ticket sales drama.

It’s the latest drama Ticketmaster has faced after the site’s ‘dynamic pricing system’ came under fire for rocketing the price of Oasis tour tickets to as high as £355
The Competition and Markets Authority said fans ‘may not have been given clear information about ticket prices’ as they struggled to snap up tickets for the Oasis Live ’25 tour earlier this month.
Watchdogs are also set to assess whether concert-goers were pressured into buying the tickets within a short space of time and at a higher price than they thought they were going to pay.
Regulators will investigate whether Ticketmaster has engaged in ‘unfair commercial practices’, prohibited under consumer law and whether fans were given clear and timely information on the Uber-style ‘dynamic pricing’ used to set the cost of tickets.
Watchdogs are also set to assess whether concert-goers were pressured into buying the tickets within a short space of time and at a higher price than they thought they were going to pay.
It came after the band appeared to blow up some of the goodwill built up by fans over 15 years in a matter of days after announcing the reunion tour – as would-be concert-goers hit out at ‘dynamic pricing’ that doubled standing ticket prices.
