The Apprentice viewers have accused the show of being “fixed” as one candidate has managed to make the final five despite suffering nine losses and just a single win throughout the competition.
Phil Turner has made the final after the latest episode saw him on the victorious team for the first time, but fans can’t help but think Lord Alan Sugar has allowed him to remain in the process due to his business plan.
Turner has been brought back to the dreaded boardroom several times after his tactics failed to bring success during the tasks.
Last week, Sugar, 77, pointed out he was considering firing the pie company owner but opted to save him – despite going on to eliminate not one but two contestants.
Viewers were left scratching their heads over the business magnate’s decision, concluding Sugar must be keeping Turner in the competition purely for his business plan, all of which Sugar views before the process begins.
This week’s episode sparked similar theories as Turner managed to grab a place in the final in spite of his unheard-of track record.

The latest instalment saw the two teams tasked with creating a vegan alternative to cheese.
Project manager Turner and his team decided to go with a truffle-flavoured spread, while the opposing team opting for a curry powder flavour as their key ingredient.
Turner’s team was deemed to have invented the tastier product, so his group sailed through to the final without him having to fight for his place in the boardroom once again.
Sugar went with another double firing as Foluso Falade and Steve Darken were shown the door with the entrepreneur’s signature and dreaded phrase: “You’re fired”.

Fans couldn’t shake their suspicions about Turner though, with several taking to social media to complain about his endless chances in the competition.
Taking to X, one wrote: “Shock. What a fix @bbcapprentice Put Phil in with all the strongest people and have one extra person and he wins #theapprentice.”
“Phil’s business plan must be golden to get the Final 5 with 9 losses, Lord Sugar’s seen something good in there,” another added.
“Phil crashing through nine (9) losses on the bounce and one lucky week will only be funnier if the interviews uncover that his business plan is totally unworkable,” a third argued.

“Lord sugar must think phil’s pies are the best thing since sliced bread #TheApprentice,” another echoed.
Someone else wrote: “Teams were a bit of a mis match. Even Phil couldn’t lose this one with 3 of the strongest candidates.”
“Phil making it to the final 5 is acc crazy. Others deserved that spot more,” another fan fumed while someone else asked: “Why the f*** is Phil still there.” (sic)
Fans will have to tune in next week to see if the Apprentice star’s luck will finally run out.
