Natasha Raskin Sharp has sparked quite a reaction with her social media followers after sharing a new post including a photo of her with a baby bump.

The BBC Bargain Hunt star welcomed her first child back in January and regularly posts adorable photos of the tot, named Jean, with her 34k followers.

On Thursday night, Raskin Sharp dedicated a new update to her daughter after taking her on holiday to the seaside.

In doing so, Raskin Sharp shared a snap of her baby bump when carrying Jean exactly one year ago alongside another photo of her daughter on the swings by the sea.

Making clear the bump photo was from 12 months ago, Raskin Sharp posted in the caption: “#throwbackthursday The same day, one year apart. So cool.

“As you can see, we’re at the seaside, but a wee holiday won’t keep me from @bbcradioscot tonight. Join me from 10pm via @bbcsounds – free for everyone, everywhere. X.”

However, while she tried to clarify in the caption that the bump photo wasn’t recent, several followers rushed to the comments to air their confusion – and even congratulatory messages.

“I’m confused- baby number 2?? Are congratulations in order??” one follower commented.

While a second had to double take: “Crikey! For a second there, I thought you were having another one!”

“Was just gonna say what again lol,” a third weighed in before a fourth typed: “I thought u were pregs again.”

And another echoed: “Thought it was happening again. Glad you’re all doing well, you are my favourite antiques person after Phil Serrell.”

At the time of writing, Raskin Sharp hasn’t publicly responded to the confused fans’ comments.

Eight months on from baby Jean’s birth, Raskin Sharp has frequently updated her fanbase with how she’s adapting to motherhood.

Earlier this month, the Bargain Hunt star was inundated with praise and support when she joked she’d endured “eight months of no sleep”.

Raskin Sharp has returned to work on the BBC daytime staple, helping contestants find hidden gems to take to auction.

The 38-year-old also continues to entertain listeners on BBC Radio Scotland in the Thursday late-night slot.

While the majority of fans have enjoyed Raskin Sharp’s motherhood updates, she has been on the receiving end of some rather cruel trolling over the past few months.

Raskin Sharp doesn’t tend to show Jean’s face in her updates, leading some to question why and urge her to do so.

However, she’s been fiercely defended by her fans who’ve accused critics of “mum-shaming” the antiques expert for her choice.
