Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon has confirmed her split from partner Azuka Ononye after a reported 17 years together.
The 46-year-old former Mis-Teeq singer told friends she is no longer with the 44-year-old dancer.
The couple, who share two children, are still living together for the sake of their family.
A source close to the couple told The Sun: “Alesha confirmed she’s split from Azuka and is navigating that as best she can.”

Following the split, Dixon recently travelled to Jamaica for a break with her girlfriends.
The star stayed at the GoldenEye resort on the island’s north coastline, a £1,000-a-night luxury destination.
Dixon has previously called Jamaica her “favourite spot” and said she had “left a piece” of her heart there.
During her stay, she posted pictures of herself swimming in the crystal-clear seawater.

Dixon and Ononye first met in 2006 when he worked as a backup dancer for Mis-Teeq before becoming her creative director.
The singer admitted on The Jonathan Ross Show in 2018 that she played “hard to get for about a year” while Azuka was wooing her, meaning it’s likely the pair got together approximately 17 years ago.
Their relationship deepened after Dixon had a foot operation and couldn’t walk.
“He was sleeping on the floor looking after me every day. I was just looking at him thinking, ‘That is for better or for worse isn’t it?'” she revealed.

“I don’t have to be anything other than who I am and it’s like being with my best friend every day,” she said at the time.
Sources claim their relationship had become “more of a friendship” before they separated.
Dixon’s relationship with Ononye began after her brief marriage to So Solid Crew’s MC Harvey ended.
The pair were married for just over a year before Dixon discovered Harvey was having an affair with singer Javine Hylton.
