Meghan traveled to New York City to promote her new Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, and her lifestyle brand, As Ever.
The Duke of Sussex made sure Meghan received a bouquet of flowers and handwritten note from her family upon her arrival at her hotel room in NYC.
Meghan told Drew Barrymore: “I felt so loved. That [Harry] had planned it in advance to make sure it was there when I got to my hotel room, it was really sweet.”

Despite their diverging professional paths, Meghan has shared how they maintain their strong personal connection.
In her update, Meghan referred to her husband as “H” and reflected on their relationship since their first date in 2016.

“I did not expect to meet H, and for this to be our love story and, you know, I’m very lucky,” she shared.
She described Harry as “the funniest, sweetest, most charming” man.
“He’s an amazing father. And so, you know, I count my blessings because I have him and also I have a partner who is so supportive of me.”
Meghan revealed the couple follows advice she received whilst working as a nanny during university.
“One of the dads said to me, ‘When you meet your person one day, I want him to say to you the same thing that I said to my wife when we got married, which is, I vowed to always date my wife.'”
Meghan believes this approach has been key to maintaining their connection despite their evolving public roles.

“He goes, ‘I vow to always date you,'” she recalled.
