Beatrice’s mother, Sarah Ferguson, immediately took to social media to congratulate her eldest daughter.

“So proud of Edo, Beatrice and the rest of my little 5-a-side team!”
Edoardo wasted no time by commenting underneath his mother-in-law’s post, writing: “The best Gigi,” accompanied by a heart emoji.
The property developer implied that his three children, Wolfie, Sienna and Athena refer to the Duchess of York as “Gigi”.
His eldest child, Wolfie, is from his previous relationship with American architect Dara Huang.
