Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster stunned at a red carpet event recently after the rocker was honoured for his contributions to Scotland.
The couple attended the lavish event at a formal banquet in Blair Castle in Perthshire on Monday night to celebrate his part in Scotland’s whiskey industry.
He was honoured by the Keepers of the Quaich for his whisky brand – Wolfie’s – and received what has been described as the equivalent of a knighthood in the world of whisky.
Lancaster shared some snippets of their evening together on her Instagram account where she showed off the stunning venue and penned: “What a night!”.
She also shared a snap of herself posing on the grand staircase after the celebrations, in a black and white photo displaying her legs with a pair of slider slippers on after the event.
Stewart joins other legends who have been bestowed the honour such as King Charles, the late US President Ronald Reagan and Outlander author Diana Gabaldon.
The Maggie May singer launched Wolfie’s Whiskey with businessman Duncan Frew last year and previouslytold the Sunday Mail: “I am absolutely over the moon to receive this award –it’s an honour and a privilege which I don’t take lightly.
“Thank you to the Keepers Of The Quaich. Slàinte Mhath.”
A spokesperson for Keepers of the Quaich said: “Sir Rod is one of the greatest ambassadors for Scotland and we are honoured he has accepted our invitation to attend the banquet and to be inducted as an Honorary Keeper of the Quaich.”
The couple’s marriage was recently thrown into the spotlight after it was claimed they were at a stalemate on whether to sell their LA home and permanently move back to the UK.

Both Lancaster and Stewart shut down the rumours, with the singer claiming that they were happier than ever – noting he was very “lucky” to have Lancaster in his life.
Not letting the claims get the better of them, they have continued to put on a united front as they also recently attended a charity gala – named Hopelessly Devoted – which was created by Mark Aldridge to help a small charity called Celia Hammond Animal Trust who are in desperate financial need.
During the evening, Lancaster serenaded Stewart where she donned a figure-hugging floor-length dress adorned with an autumnal floral print.
